I am Rebecca C., Founder & Managing Partner of TWORS Global and a Business Transformation & Leadership Consultant with 20+ years of experience in corporate training, leadership development and behavioural transformation. I currently serve as a Leadership Consultant with TVSE on a nine-month leadership development engagement and am also a GLG Expert Advisor and Catalant Independent Consultant.

My training approach is highly experiential, practical and outcome-focused. I combine behavioural science, real-world business situations, live case studies, interactive activities and reflective learning to help participants translate concepts into workplace behaviour. Rather than relying solely on theory, I create an engaging learning environment where participants practise, receive feedback and develop immediately applicable skills.
